Jeanne: I get some anxiety around the holidays… I hate it. I know it is happening, but it still gets me. If you have it also, I wish you a good escape. Yesterday I found that typing my grandmother’s diaries got me out of the zone. Which is a good thing, because I have years to type up…. years and years. I do think the Northeast is a high anxiety environment… but for today I will go to yoga…. Wishing you well in the new year. Karen
