Plenty to do
While waiting.
Look up
Through grass and sky,
Expecting
The mystery to manifest
Its pain and glory,
Defeat and victory,
Justice and inequity.

Countless fibers
Woven
To brace the fall
From illusions of grandeur
Power
Autonomy;
To patience,
Surrender
And the human virtue:
Waiting…
