I am not a watch.
I hate sucky ticks
And pushy tocks!
And second hands that rush me with their clocks!
Hurry furry thing!
To the finish ring.
I’d rather stop
Than hop
To someone else’s beat.
Lose the time.
Cruise the line
That’s fine.
Mine.
